In case your device has any quality problem, you can send it back to us along with customer service card.

1. This card is the guarantee of our free after sales service to EUROS INSTRUMENTS.

2. Guarantee time is 1 year since you buy EUROS INSTRUMENTS, except gift.

3. We only take responsibility for main unit, not including Consumable accessories.

4. Company supply free maintenance if product is damaged under normal operation within guarantee time.

5. Users have the right of free upgrade within guarantee time, but not include postage and upgrade fee through hard disk.

6. Our customers are in charge of shipping fee for repair.

7. This card should be sealed our company stamp, any alter is invalid.

8. If the card lost, we will not reissue, so please keep it carefully.

Our technician will try to solve the problem in your unit as soon as possible and then send it back to you.

Return policy

However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Euros online will accept return. Please email tosupport@auto-diagnostic.biz  with your user name,order number, full name, address, phone number, email address and return reason to obtain a Return Authorization number (RAN) and our return address. And return must be based on the below preconditions:

• The product is returned in the original undamaged package

• The product was not used

• If we send you promotional gift, please return the gift with product.

• The product is returned within 7 business days of receipt

• The package is written RAN outside.

Note: 1. Shipping, handling charges, custom tariffs are not refundable.

2. Software is not returnable.

3. Authorized return must be shipped prepaid regardless of the reason for return.

Note: Please be sure to return faulty tools by EMS or air post from your local post office to avoid customs problems. Never use UPS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX!
