1.How long can we get the tool after payment?

We always send out your tool within 2 working days after receiving your payment and then express company need 3-5 working days to put the tool in your hand. Different country, different time. Hongkong post needs 7-15 working days.

2.How about import tax?

Our customers are unnecessary to pay the import tax in most time, because we will write SAMPLE or GIFT and we will also write low total amount in the custom invoice less than its actual cost. But it should be obey the local policy of your country.

3. How to get tracking number?

After we send out your tools, we will email you the tracking number next day.

4.How to choose payment way?

You can choose bank transfer, paypal, moneybookers or western union. If you need the tool urgently, we suggest you not using bank transfer, because it needs 3-5 working days to arrive in our account. Please check PAYMENT for more details.

5.I have applied for repairing, how long can I get the tool?

We always spend 3 working days to repair and then we will send it out within 2 working days. If it has any difficulties, we will email you. When you send tool back, please try to choose Formal express companies in order to avoid losing.

6.If I am not satisfied with the tool after receiving, can I return it?

Generally speaking, we only accept repair and replacement, not including gift.
